Tim Kerrigan, CCIM and JP Raynor, JD, two leaders of our firm’s Office Team, represented Pacific Life in the lease of 75,000 square feet in a build-to-suit building in Aksarben Village’s Zone 5. This five story, 125,000-square-foot building will have a strong presence and overlooks Stinson Park to the south.
Pacific Life will occupy the third, fourth and fifth floors with rights to lease the second floor. The first floor will offer high-end retail lease opportunities.
Pacific Life employees and customer will enjoy the convenience of the adjacent parking garage and enclosed walkway and all the services that make Aksarben Village one of Omaha’s preferred locations.
Magnum Development, in partnership with McNeil Company Builders, expects to deliver the building in the Fall of 2015.
