R.J. Neary Inducted Into CRE Hall of Fame

We are proud to announce thPresident R.J. Neary was inducted to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Summit Hall of Fame at the April 6 conference.

R.J. grew up in an Omaha real estate family. His father, Chuck Neary, was a well-respected agent with the Wear Company for many years. R.J. got his start in the real estate industry in 1982, with Peschio Company, and joined Investors Realty in 1987 as a partner. He became President of Investors in 2010. Under his leadership, Investors has nearly doubled its brokerage and property management business.

R.J. has been involved in many aspects of the commercial real estate industry over the past 35 years with a focus on and expertise in complex redevelopment projects and multi-parcel assemblage. Some of his notable projects include Midtown Crossing, Western Electric Plant, and Future Forward acquisitions in the north downtown area.

R.J. joins Steve Farrell and Jerry Heinrichs, founders of Investors, who were inducted to the CRE Hall of Fame in 2015.
