I started with Investors Realty 21 years ago and we had a building downtown and moved out to the shopping center at 84 at the center and they’ve done a wonderful job managing and at leasing our shopping center and are very professional all the time. Thank you very much for working with my company to close the parcel of land located adjacent to our senior living facility. First, you are an absolute pleasure to work with. You were diligent, thorough, on top of all the issues, and always kept my company up to speed on any potential transactions. I have to tell you, however, that the absolute best part of working with you is your integrity. As you recall, prior to the current purchaser purchasing our property, we had another prospective buyer who put a very good offer on the table for us. We had no idea who the buyer was based on the contract and we probably would not have asked too many questions. It was only thanks to your due diligence in exploring who the buyer and his affiliates were that revealed that the prospective buyer …as in fact a direct competitor of our adjacent senior living facility. I know we would not have found this out without your diligence. You brought this to our attention and it killed the deal, but you put doing the right thing in protecting your client ahead of making money on the deal. That impressed me more than anything else. I hope I have future dealings in the area, because I won’t find a better broker to represent my company.
