CARLA J. CHIN, CPM Carla joined Investors' Property Management department in March 2008 after serving as the President of a company with a portfolio of over 1,100 residential units. Carla is a Certified Property Manager, Real Estate Broker, and Certified Residential Specialist. Her accounts take her from Council Bluffs to Lakeside at 168th and West Center Road. She manages office buildings, retail, warehouses and storage facilities. Carla's goals include having superior communication with tenants and owners to promote good will in order to build lasting relationships. |
