JENI SADLER, CPM Jeni has extensive property management experience managing multifamily housing on both local and regional levels, as well as her experience in the commercial sector. Her skills include working with rehab projects and coordinating maintenance projects while working with numerous tenants, asset managers, owners, and up to 17 employees. She says she follows two principles: to provide the best customer service and to know what maintenance personnel or contractors know, from their perspective. The commercial portfolio she manages at Investors Realty allows her to work one-on-one with tenants who are businesses with needs that help them succeed as long-term tenants. Jeni and her daughter, Alix, are active outdoors swimming, boating, traveling, and golfing. She loves yardwork, trimming bushes, mowing the lawn, and handling maintenance tasks. |
