  • John represented the Buyer in this sale
  • Held in receivership and controlled by lender. Retail and office mostly vacant. Fractured ownership as property was converted to a condo association and several condos sold. Apartments were 93% occupied at closing.

Tim Kerrigan, CCIM, SIOR of Investors Realty, Inc. – Industrial BIG Deal

  • 14506 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE
  • 145 acres – office and industrial land sale to 14506 Schram LLC
  • $7,099,120
  • Tim represented the Seller in this sale
  • Seller held out for full price, buyer put two parcels under contract to provide themselves a backup plan

  • Ryan & R.J. represented both Buyer and Seller in the 11807 Q sale and the Buyer in the 11825 Q sale
  • Motivated buyer who wanted to acquire 2 neighboring properties with sellers who were content with their ownership

Buyer required to fulfill Seller’s obligation to renovate and retenant the 60,000 sf former Best Buy & TJ Maxx fascia. Highly complex purchase agreement & financing structure. Sale structured so Buyer’s equity requirement significantly reduced, boosting returns.
