Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Jonny Kallhoff to their property management team. As Assistant Property Manager, Jonny will be learning right along side our more senior property managers. He will be helping the team follow up with vendors, check on any ongoing projects, site inspections, tenant relationships, and much more!

Jonny has lived in Omaha his whole life and loves the community. He has worked many odd jobs, such as a power washer, cook, bartender and home inspector; he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. To get a better understanding of how commercial real estate works to ultimately get to his goal of becoming a commercial real estate broker for Investors Realty, Jonny is excited to get his start in our property management department.

He says, “After shadowing at IRI, I got to see how everyone here works together as a team. Their goals were obvious to me, make the community a better place to live and always put the client first. I am excited to learn from everyone and see where it can take me.”
