Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Neil Villwok, CPM to our property management team. Neil spent many years in the restaurant industry before starting a career in commercial real estate with CBRE in 2016 as a commercial property manager. He has over five years of experience managing office, industrial, and retail properties.

Neil grew up just outside Omaha in Valley, NE, and graduated from the University of Nebraska – Omaha in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Toward the end of his college career, he began taking real estate classes and grew very fond of the business operations of commercial real estate. Neil has continued his growth within the industry and obtained his CPM designation from IREM in June of 2021. He enjoys working with owners and tenants to increase the value and efficiency of commercial properties.
