Investors Realty is excited to welcome John Condo as our new Project Manager! In this role, John will work closely with Jason Velinsky, Toby Davis, and the maintenance team to support special projects across our portfolio, bringing hands-on expertise and practical solutions to a wide range of property needs. John brings nearly 20 years of experience in custom remodeling and maintenance, having worked on both commercial and residential projects across the country and averaging more than 400 maintenance projects each year. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design and is also a Level 4 Chemical Operator. Outside of work, John enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, cooking, fishing, and spending time on art projects with his daughters.
