As part of that commitment, and through the continued development of the Investors Operating System facilitated by John Lund of Coach.Win, we are pleased to announce several leadership changes designed to strengthen our organizational structure, align our leadership team with the evolving needs of the firm, and position Investors Realty for long-term success.
The new structure is designed to create greater coordination across services, clearer accountability, and more consistent support for our clients while providing greater leadership clarity and opportunities for collaboration across our team.
Ryan Zabrowski, CCIM, SIOR, CRE | Chief Executive Officer
Ryan will serve as Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic direction for Investors Realty and leading the firm’s long-term vision, growth, and business strategy.
Laura Hansen, CPM | President
As President, Laura will lead the execution of the firm’s strategic priorities, working across departments to strengthen alignment, accountability, communication, and operational performance.
Ryan Karas | Vice President of Accounting
Ryan will continue to lead Investors Realty’s accounting and financial operations as Vice President of Accounting, supporting the financial strength, accuracy, and accountability necessary to serve our clients and grow the firm.
Krissy Harral | Vice President of Revenue Operations
As Vice President of Revenue Operations, Krissy will bring together marketing strategy, CRM, data, and go-to-market efforts to strengthen business development and support measurable revenue growth across Investors Realty.
Nicole Morrison | Vice President of Client Success
Nicole will serve as Vice President of Client Success, leading and aligning our Property Management, Maintenance, and Project Management divisions to strengthen service delivery and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience that supports satisfaction and long-term retention.
Tim Kerrigan, CCIM, SIOR | Chairman and Managing Broker
Tim Kerrigan will continue in his role as Chairman and Managing Broker, providing leadership, industry expertise, and continuity as Investors Realty enters its next chapter.
Brian Kuehl | Vice President of Retail Brokerage
Brian will continue as a member of Investors Realty’s Leadership Team while serving as Vice President of Retail Brokerage. Among its responsibilities, the Leadership Team is focused on strengthening the core of the business, enhancing the client experience, and igniting growth while remaining grounded in the values that guide how Investors Realty operates and serves its clients.
