Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Kellie Lenhart as a Property Manager on our property management team. In this role, Kellie oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, drawing on her background in accounting, insurance, client relations, and customer service to support tenants and property owners.

A Nebraska native, Kellie brings experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and relationship management. Prior to joining Investors Realty, she worked in the accounting and insurance industries, where she developed strong skills in problem-solving, contract interpretation, and client communication.

Kellie enjoys meeting new people and taking on new challenges. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and people-focused approach make her a natural fit for property management and Investors Realty’s client-focused culture.

Outside of work, Kellie is a proud mom to two children, two dogs, and one cat. She enjoys traveling, music, art, spending time with family and friends, and finding new adventures along the way.
