Our team is looking for a full-time Brokerage Support Coordinator to provide administrative and project support across our growing brokerage team. This position will work alongside our Team Coordinators to assist with overflow projects, provide additional support during busy periods or employee absences, and help brokers across multiple teams as needs arise.

The Brokerage Support Coordinator will play an important support role within our brokerage department. Because you will work with multiple Team Coordinators and brokers, we are looking for someone who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, manages changing priorities, and is eager to learn. You do not need to come in knowing everything about commercial real estate – we are looking for someone with a strong foundation who is excited to learn and grow with our team. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to Team Coordinators and brokers across multiple brokerage teams.
  • Assist Team Coordinators with overflow projects and additional workload as needs arise.
  • Provide coverage and project support when Team Coordinators are out of the office.
  • Create, edit, format, and organize real estate-related documents, correspondence, proposals, and other materials.
  • Assist with preparing leases, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other transaction-related documents under the direction of Team Coordinators and brokers.
  • Help maintain property marketing materials, including data sheets, flyers, mailing lists, postcards, and online listing platforms.
  • Assist with transaction-related tasks, due diligence materials, closing documentation, and file organization.
  • Help maintain electronic and hard-copy files in accordance with company and Nebraska Real Estate Commission requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing materials as needed.
  • Support client and property communications, mailings, and other recurring brokerage projects.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate information within company systems.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, copying, mailing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needs arise across the brokerage department.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft and Adobe products, strong technical skills
  • Strong grasp of research fundamentals, including the ability to utilize research and data analytics skills to enhance the brand and core business.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in commercial real estate
  • Capable of managing small projects or assigned tasks, determining priorities, and creating a timeline for completion by utilizing appropriate resources
  • Passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who works effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines

Job Responsibilities

The activities listed below are not all inclusive.  However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed.

  • Process and code invoices for managed properties in the accounts payable system.
  • Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep arrangements.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and tenants to address inquiries and coordinate services.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in contracting services and ensure tenant/vendor insurance compliance.
  • Conduct periodic inventory of building contents and assess property conditions.
  • Provide backup support for the field service desk and receptionist.
  • Perform various clerical duties as needed.
  • Other additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you a hard worker and self-motivated? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Are you looking for a maintenance position where you can put your problem solving ability to work? If so, your ideal job is at Investors Realty, Inc.

Investors Realty, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to consider for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of commercial properties. On rare occasions, this person may need to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualified applicants will possess, at minimum, basic plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to recognize potential service issues and communicate these to the Property Managers. Physically, applicant must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and have the ability to climb a ladder.

High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Applicants must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance. 3+ years of experience preferred.

If you enjoy trouble-shooting, making repairs, a variety of tasks and can provide great customer service, this is the job for you!
