TEAM COORDINATOR

BASIC FUNCTION

Provide administrative support to a team of commercial real estate brokers. Duties include general clerical and project-based work.

  • Represents the company in its relations with clients, employees and vendors.
  • Displays the attitudes, policies and general character of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Team Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for our retail brokerage team and is responsible for the coordination and on-time completion of all administrative functions related to brokerage services.

The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Team Coordinator.

TEAM COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and modify documents, including drafting leases, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other real estate related documents.
  • Maintain marketing materials including data sheets, mailing lists, flyers, postcards, and online marketing platforms.
  • Manage due diligence schedules and execute closing requirements.
  • Order title commitments and ensure Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems in accordance with NREC requirements.
  • Setup and coordinate both internal and external meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate monthly communication to building owners/clients.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Track and report on established goals and metrics for assigned brokerage teams.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, typing and filing
  • Any other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Competency with Microsoft and Adobe Products, strong technical skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Knowledge of the Omaha area and commercial real estate a plus!

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Investors Realty, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to consider for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of commercial properties. On rare occasions, this person may need to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualified applicants will possess, at minimum, basic plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to recognize potential service issues and communicate these to the Property Managers. Physically, applicant must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and have the ability to climb a ladder.

High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Applicants must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance. 3+ years of experience preferred.

If you enjoy trouble-shooting, making repairs, a variety of tasks and can provide great customer service, this is the job for you!

Who Are You

As a Broker Intern at Investors Realty, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, primarily in support for our Brokers. This includes assisting Commercial Real Estate Brokers in leasing and selling properties, managing buyer and tenant representation assignments, and actively engaging with clients and customers. Your tasks will also involve organizing property tours, preparing and updating marketing materials, and handling crucial documents such as letters of intent and formal lease agreements. In addition, you’ll contribute to listings, sales, and marketing functions, conduct research, perform critical data entry, and manage various clerical assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Create summary lists, obtain photos and related information (ex. business line info).
  • Conduct research using proprietary databases.
  • Complete financial analysis assignments.
  • Data entry to populate databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with creation of property valuation estimates.
  • Preparing and updating marketing materials.
  • Organize property tours, hang signs, and deliver documents and keys.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Working towards the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Plans to work in the Commercial Real Estate industry upon graduation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Personal mode of transportation
