Our team is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support and work with the Marketing Coordinator. Investors Realty, Inc. is an established, long-standing brokerage and property management company providing commercial real estate services in Omaha and the Midwest. Founded in 1975, the company currently manages over 6,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, and commercial space.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective leads for our sales and management team
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns across social media accounts, including paid campaigns, alongside the Marketing Coordinator
  • Gather and input data into our internal comparable sales database
  • Assist in promoting brand image and consistency amongst all marketing materials
  • Assist in the organizing of events and traditional or digital campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant and basic knowledge or interest in commercial real estate
  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and social media; knowledge in SEO is a plus
  • Passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who works effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Investors Realty, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to consider for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of commercial properties. On rare occasions, this person may need to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualified applicants will possess, at minimum, basic plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to recognize potential service issues and communicate these to the Property Managers. Physically, applicant must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and have the ability to climb a ladder.

High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Applicants must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance. 3+ years of experience preferred.

If you enjoy trouble-shooting, making repairs, a variety of tasks and can provide great customer service, this is the job for you!
