TEAM COORDINATOR/RESEARCHER

Our team is looking for a full-time Team Coordinator/Researcher to provide administrative support to a team of commercial real estate brokers. Investors Realty, Inc. is an established, long-standing brokerage and property management company providing commercial real estate services in Omaha and the Midwest. TEAM COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Team Coordinator.

  • Create and modify documents, including drafting leases, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other real estate related documents.
  • Maintain marketing materials including data sheets, mailing lists, flyers, postcards, and online marketing platforms.
  • Manage due diligence schedules and execute closing requirements.
  • Order title commitments and ensure Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems in accordance with NREC requirements.
  • Setup and coordinate both internal and external meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate monthly communication to building owners/clients.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Track and report on established goals and metrics for assigned brokerage teams.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, typing and filing
  • Any other duties as assigned.

RESEARCH RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify prospective leads to support sales and management teams’ efforts effectively.
  • Maintain our internal comparable sales database by diligently gathering and inputting pertinent data.
  • Utilize advanced database analysis techniques to discern statistical trends and ensure data integrity for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with brokerage teams to craft insightful quarterly research reports that enrich market understanding and validate real estate activity.
  • Generate comprehensive market share reports to provide strategic insights for key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify property ownership patterns and facilitate targeted outreach initiatives, leveraging industry-leading platforms for data validation.
  • Engage in internal brokerage meetings to align research initiatives with organizational objectives and foster cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft and Adobe products, strong technical skills
  • Strong grasp of research fundamentals, including the ability to utilize research and data analytics skills to enhance the brand and core business.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in commercial real estate
  • Capable of managing small projects or assigned tasks, determining priorities, and creating a timeline for completion by utilizing appropriate resources
  • Passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who works effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you a hard worker and self-motivated? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Are you looking for a maintenance position where you can put your problem solving ability to work? If so, your ideal job is at Investors Realty, Inc.

Investors Realty, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to consider for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of commercial properties. On rare occasions, this person may need to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualified applicants will possess, at minimum, basic plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to recognize potential service issues and communicate these to the Property Managers. Physically, applicant must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and have the ability to climb a ladder.

High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Applicants must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance. 3+ years of experience preferred.
