PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for working closely with our Director of Project Management in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial real estate projects across Investors Realty’s managed and brokerage portfolios. Projects may include tenant improvements, capital improvements, relocations, renovations, and other time-sensitive initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with owners, tenants, brokers, property managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Solicit and evaluate vendor bids; recommend contractors and consultants
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and quality; identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear communication, updates, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and invoicing
  • Support move coordination, space planning, and transitions as needed
  • Utilize project management software and internal systems to track progress and maintain records

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in commercial project management, construction management, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and contracts
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

TEAM COORDINATOR

BASIC FUNCTION

Provide administrative support to a team of commercial real estate brokers. Duties include general clerical and project-based work.

  • Represents the company in its relations with clients, employees and vendors.
  • Displays the attitudes, policies and general character of the company.

The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Team Coordinator.

TEAM COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and modify documents, including drafting leases, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other real estate related documents.
  • Maintain marketing materials including data sheets, mailing lists, flyers, postcards, and online marketing platforms.
  • Manage due diligence schedules and execute closing requirements.
  • Order title commitments and ensure Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems in accordance with NREC requirements.
  • Setup and coordinate both internal and external meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate monthly communication to building owners/clients.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Track and report on established goals and metrics for assigned brokerage teams.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, typing, and filing.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

MARKETING INTERN

Our team is looking for a Marketing Intern to support and learn alongside our marketing team, including our Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager. Investors Realty, Inc. is an established, long-standing brokerage and property management company providing commercial real estate services in Omaha and the Midwest. Founded in 1975, the company currently manages over 8,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, and commercial space.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build practical skills and gain exposure to commercial real estate marketing, with the potential for growth into a full-time Marketing Assistant role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with researching and identifying prospective leads for our sales and management teams

  • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms; exposure to Adobe Suite or SEO is a plus, but not required

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you a hard worker and self-motivated? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Are you looking for a maintenance position where you can put your problem solving ability to work? If so, your ideal job is at Investors Realty, Inc.

Investors Realty, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to consider for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of commercial properties. On rare occasions, this person may need to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualified applicants will possess, at minimum, basic plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to recognize potential service issues and communicate these to the Property Managers. Physically, applicant must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and have the ability to climb a ladder.

High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Applicants must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance. 3+ years of experience preferred.

If you enjoy trouble-shooting, making repairs, a variety of tasks and can provide great customer service, this is the job for you!
