Investors Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Lindsay Gifford to their property management team. As Property Manager, Lindsay will be responsible for the management and operation of a portfolio of commercial properties.

Lindsay was born and raised in Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After two years, she transferred to the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she received her bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. She interned with a general contractor in Kearney and grew into her project management role. Lindsay and her family moved back to Omaha where she continued her work as a project manager; she has collectively been a part of project management for the past ten years. She most recently worked on a new community development in the Omaha area, where she was able to help with the construction of the current and upcoming buildings and saw the work that goes into developing land.

She says, “I enjoy the everyday challenges that come with the properties and the projects that come out of them. I look forward to knowing each building inside and out.”
