The Investors Realty Maintenance Team is comprised of eight serious guys who are always ready to tackle what comes their way. This team is our front line and is often where the relationship between Investors Realty and our tenants begin. This team takes on everything from light bulbs and ballasts to bats and raccoons. They provide flood relief, clear drains and handle trash beyond comprehension. It’s not always smooth sailing or a glamorous gig, but our team does it ALL and they manage to do it with smiles on their faces.
