Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Amiah Swartzendruber as a Junior Property Manager on our Property Management team. In this role, she will help support the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties, ensuring our clients and tenants continue to receive the attentive, high-quality service they expect from IRI.

Born and raised in Omaha, Amiah brings a strong educational foundation and an authentic commitment to client care. She recently graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Before joining IRI, she served as a Client Coordinator and Peer Mentor, roles that sharpened her communication skills and gave her firsthand experience supporting people in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Although new to the commercial real estate industry, Amiah is stepping into this next chapter with enthusiasm and a learner’s mindset. “I’m very excited to begin my career with the IRI family,” Amiah shared. “I hoped to find a company where I could grow—one with a strong reputation, a positive culture, and an amazing team.
