Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Amy Krueger as a Property Manager on our property management team. In this role, Amy will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, bringing her decades of experience and client-focused approach to our tenants and property owners.
Originally from Omaha, Amy spent many years in Arizona before returning to Nebraska to be closer to family. She brings over 20 years of experience in HOA and residential property management, with a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and maintenance coordination. Amy is known for building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors—something she’s especially passionate about.
Before joining Investors Realty, Amy served as a Mortgage Loan Processor with Cobalt Credit Union and previously managed banking operations as a branch manager for Bank of the West, including the Farnam and Saddle Creek location prior to its redevelopment.
Amy’s warm, approachable nature makes her a natural at connecting with others. “People have said I can make friends with anyone—just stop me and say hi!” she joked. That ability to build rapport is one of the many reasons she thrives when working with owners, tenants, and vendors alike.
Outside of work, Amy is a proud hockey enthusiast. What started as a love for the Omaha Lancers in her teen years grew into a lifelong passion—she was a season ticket holder for the Arizona Coyotes for more than a decade.
