Investors Realty is pleased to welcome Barrett Cavanaugh to the team as a Project Manager! In his role, Barrett will help coordinate projects from planning through completion, working alongside clients, contractors, vendors, and our internal teams to keep projects moving forward.

Barrett brings previous experience in project management, property management, maintenance coordination, and real estate. He has also taken on several renovation projects of his own, giving him a hands-on understanding of the construction process. With a natural interest in problem-solving, communication, and leadership, Barrett is excited to bring his diverse experience to Investors Realty and continue growing his career in project management.

An Omaha native, Barrett attended Creighton Prep and has called Omaha home his entire life. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, cooking, traveling, going to the gym, tackling projects around the house, and spending time with friends and family.

Barrett is excited to get to know the Investors Realty team, continue developing his skills, and contribute wherever he can.
