Investors Realty is excited to welcome Hallie Hurst as our new A/R Specialist! In this role, Hallie will play a vital part in managing the accounts receivable process across our diverse portfolio of properties. From depositing rent checks and posting ACH payments to reviewing tenant ledgers, processing late fees, and assisting with collections, Hallie’s work will directly support the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. She’ll also serve as a key point of contact for tenant portal support, helping tenants navigate features and resolve any access issues.

Hallie comes to us with a background in manufacturing, where she worked in the accounts payable department. She recently earned her associate’s degree in accounting from Central Community College this past December. After relocating from Kearney to Omaha this summer to be closer to family, Hallie and her husband are settling into their new chapter with their two kids.

Hallie shares, “I’m excited to start my lifelong career here at IRI. Joining the team feels like the perfect beginning, and I look forward to growing both personally and professionally.”
