Investors Realty’s Response to COVID-19

**UPDATE: Until further notice, as extra precaution, we will reduce our office hours to 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for walk-ins, deliveries, and call in assistance. Employees will continue to work remotely during normal business hours.**

Investors Realty will remain open for normal business hours and has implemented appropriate work from home policies in response to the COVID-19 situation and the need for social distancing.

  • The vast majority of Investors Realty team members have been asked to come into the office only when absolutely needed.
  • We have systems setup to access all appropriate business tools. Remote computing is commonplace at Investors and we are capable of hosting remote meetings as needed.
  • Only a few team members will be in the office during normal business hours. They will be there to answer the main phone line, to accept payments, to process the mail and a few other tasks as needed.
  • Calling the direct office phone numbers of an Investors Realty employee will most often result in their cell phone ringing. If the person is unavailable, the call will be directed to our office voicemail system which sends an email recording of the message to the intended recipient.
