Krissy joined Investors Realty, Inc. (IRI) in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator and quickly streamlined the marketing creation process, bringing it in-house for greater control over IRI’s materials. Soon after, she played a pivotal role in the company’s 2020 brand refresh, strengthening its visual identity.

In 2023, Krissy was promoted to Marketing Manager and joined IRI’s Leadership Team, leading the company’s marketing and branding efforts. In this role, she oversaw marketing strategy, digital initiatives, brokerage campaigns, proposals, presentations, and cross-departmental projects. A major milestone under her leadership was the redesign and relaunch of the Investors Realty website in 2025.

In 2026, Krissy was promoted to Vice President of Revenue Operations, expanding her role to connect marketing strategy with the systems, data, and processes that support company growth. She focuses on strengthening IRI’s approach to business development, CRM, marketing, and revenue operations, helping teams work more efficiently, make informed decisions, and create a consistent, client-focused experience. She continues to provide leadership for IRI’s marketing and brand strategy while helping build the infrastructure needed to support the company’s continued growth.

Krissy is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she earned a double degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. Outside of work, she’s a mom to two energetic boys who keep her and her husband on their toes. She enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and working on the occasional freelance design project. While travel is less frequent these days, it’s something she always looks forward to—especially when it involves making memories with her family.

Nicole Morrison joined Investors Realty in 2007 after beginning her career in the pharmaceutical industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Creighton University. After choosing to remain in Omaha and pursue a new professional path, Nicole joined Investors Realty and became the company’s first Marketing Manager. In this role, she helped establish IRI’s first customer relationship management system and played a key role in developing marketing campaigns, improving client materials and owner reporting, and advancing the company’s digital marketing efforts. As Investors Realty continued to grow, Nicole transitioned into property management, where she spent 13 years managing primarily office and medical office properties. Throughout that time, she built strong relationships with clients and tenants while overseeing property operations, budgets, renovations, tenant improvements, lease renewals, and other complex property needs. In 2026, Nicole was promoted to Vice President of Client Success, overseeing Investors Realty’s Property Management, Maintenance, Facilities Management, and Project Management business lines. Drawing on her experience across multiple areas of the company, Nicole focuses on strengthening client relationships, connecting clients with the full range of IRI’s services, and ensuring teams work together to deliver a consistent, client-focused experience. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with family. Having served in several roles throughout her career at Investors Realty, she is proud of the company’s growth and looks forward to helping IRI continue delivering exceptional service to its clients.
