Attention Tenants: All the videos below assume you have already enrolled in the VersaPay system. Enrolling in VersaPay requires a manual setup done by Investors Realty and cannot currently be done online. Please see the FAQ at the bottom of the page for the enrollment instructions.

General Information

Have you recently renewed your lease?

VersaPay will only recognize an active lease. If you have recently renewed and had open charges associated with a prior lease, those charges will be visible in VersaPay, but can't be paid in the platform. Statements with those charges will be emailed or mailed for payment.

What is an ACH?

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, which is a network that coordinates electronic payments and automated money transfers. ACH is a way to pay for something without using a physical check, credit card or cash. It is often referred to as an electronic payment. Through VersaPay, you can enter your banking information (routing number and account number) to pay without any pesky fees.

How can I sign up if I was unable to receive the email from VersaPay?

You can self-sign-up on secure.versapay.com with the email address you provided us. Follow these steps:

  • Go to https://secure.versapay.com/
  • Click on the “sign up” link
  • Click on the “Pay invoices” option
  • Enter Investors Realty and select the correct company
  • Enter the email

How can I register for VersaPay ARC?

Please email info@investorsrealty.com and provide your: TENANT NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, AND A VALID BILLING EMAIL ADDRESS. Closer to our launch date, you will receive an email invitation from VersaPay ARC.

What is the benefit of VersaPay ARC?

There are many benefits of VersaPay ARC. You will now be able to pay via credit/debit card, ACH, or electronic check, and will receive your statements quicker, which will make paying easier and more efficient for you. Through the tenant dashboard you will also be able to communicate to your property manager.

Statement Information

Where is my statement?

Used to getting an email or letter in the mail with your statement? VersaPay has you covered! You will receive an email monthly with a link to your statement. One can view a PDF of the statement, email it or print it directly from the portal. What's better? You can pay it directly from the portal as well.

Will I still receive my monthly paper statement?

Once VersaPay ARC goes live, no paper statements will be sent out. VersaPay ARC will send a monthly email containing a direct link to your dashboard.

What email will I get my statements from?

no-reply@versapay.com will be sending you a monthly email that contains a link so that you are able to access your billing statement. Please add this email to your whitelist, this way it will come to your direct mailbox and not end up in junk mail.

Will I be able to view backup?

Yes, all tenant bill back charges and the corresponding backup supporting documents will be uploaded to view and pay through your tenant dashboard.

What if I still need a paper statement?

Paper statements will not be mailed out however through your tenant portal you will be able to download and print all statements and documents.

Payment Information

What is a "delayed payment"?

A “delayed payment” is a term VersaPay uses to define a Bank ACH payment. If a credit/debit card is used, a 3% processing fee will ALWAYS apply.

What is a convenience fee?

A convenience fee is the fee associated with using a credit card. In our case, that fee is 3%. If you would like to pay through the platform and avoid the convenience fee, simply enter your bank information to have the funds pulled directly from your bank account via ACH.

Can I use a credit card or debit card?

Yes! We are very excited to introduce this feature. We will be accepting all major credit/debit cards except American Express. If you choose to use a card there will be a 3% fee. That fee percentage is subject to change.

What will I need to do if I have an ACH already set up?

Right now, if you have an existing ACH set up, nothing will change for you. However, your statements will now come via email from VersaPay ARC.

What types of payments are accepted?

We welcome major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover. American Express will not be accepted. Other options include ACH and EFT.
