The owner of a building in Lincoln, NE was impressed by a past project done by Investors Realty Project Management and decided to hire them for an office remodel in Omaha. The remodel of the space in La Vista accommodated the new tenant’s workflow and brought the space up to date. Interior and exterior windows were installed to allow natural light to flow throughout the entire office. LED lighting and new flooring were installed along with a fresh coat of paint to modernize the office. Impacts of COVID-19 and masonry challenges slowed the process of the project, but the relationships Investors Realty has with contractors helped identify solutions and keep the project moving.
