Investors Realty manages the First Westroads Building located at 157th & W Dodge Road. Our property manager referred IRI Project Management to Prudential Advisor located in an office suite on the third floor. Jason Velinsky worked with contractors and architects to get a remodel of the space started. The entire space was renovated with upgraded finishes, fresh paint, and new flooring to bring the space up to date. Large conference rooms and multiple huddle areas were added for additional meeting space.
