Investors Realty has sold North Park 7 & 8 office buildings in Omaha, Nebraska for $22,403,000. An affiliate of long-time Omaha developer KVI was the Seller; NP78, LLC was the Purchaser. The office buildings had a combined square footage of 177,323 square feet and were 100% leased at the time of sale. The properties are in North Park, a highly successful business park located near the intersection of 120th and Blondo Streets. J.P. Raynor and Ember Grummons, CCIM of Investors Realty, represented the Seller; Mark Seger and Dave Barton of CBRE|MEGA represented the Purchaser.
Investors Realty has a long history with the North Park development, having worked with the developer to lease the Park since the first building was constructed in 1986. Grummons sold six of the office buildings for $70,500,000 in 2007 and resold two again in late 2016.
