Investors Realty, Inc. is proud to announce the hiring of Cara Messer to our accounting team. As Property Accountant, she will support and work with our property managers with accounts payable, annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and tenant account assistance.

Cara was born and raised in Omaha. She attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in the animal science program. After spending 13 years in Lincoln, she recently returned back to Omaha with a wide spectrum of knowledge in the business world. Cara has managed a restaurant, worked in administrative roles for a collection agency, and most recently administrative accounting positions for insurance and dealership companies.

Cara says, “It feels great to be in the position I am in now and with a company I have known since childhood. The warm and welcoming atmosphere went above and beyond.”
