In, 2023, she joined Investors Realty’s Office Team, specializing in office leasing and sales, where her financial expertise helps clients identify strategic opportunities. Her previous experience as a recruiter at Zelle HR Solutions strengthened her communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, which she applies to commercial real estate transactions. With a strong analytical approach and a commitment to client success, Riley is a valuable asset to the Investors Realty team.

With experience working with local investors, REITs, and regional asset managers, she is skilled in integrating properties from acquisition through operations. Tim, a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Business Administration, joined Investors Realty in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. Over his three decades in the industry, Tim has specialized in investment properties, land transactions, and office properties. Tim is the Lead Broker on the Investors Realty Investment Team and he also serves as the firm's Managing Broker, overseeing the Brokerage Division. Tim is growing the Investment Team, in terms of people and capability, upon its solid core. Income producing properties are really the impetus of Investors Realty. Afterall, the company is named for its original clients – the “investors”. Tim prioritizes his clients' needs first and works tirelessly to deliver results. He represents both sellers and buyers and has consistently been a top producer among all brokers in Omaha.

Ryan Zabrowski has earned a reputation for managing complex commercial real estate projects in the Omaha Metro area, with a focus on negotiating fair pricing, terms, and solving challenges. He specializes in properties with multiple parcel assemblages, build-to-suit projects, and those with functional or economic obsolescence. Ryan is known for successfully selling and redeveloping older, difficult properties and has experience advising investors and users on industrial, commercial, and investment properties. In 2023, Ryan took over as President of Investors Realty, bringing his strategic vision and leadership to the forefront of the company’s continued growth. Actively involved in organizations like The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, The Counselors of Real Estate, and The Urban Land Institute, Ryan also contributes his time to various nonprofit initiatives in Omaha.
